Wilbraham is home to Mike, his wife Elizabeth, their children, and their golden retriever. His commitment to this work is rooted not only in service, but in a deep investment in the community where his family lives and grows.

How He Approaches This Work

His background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker informs that process. It emphasizes careful listening, pattern recognition, and a focus on outcomes that are sustainable over time.

Where This Work Began
Mike’s commitment to this kind of work started early.
In middle school, he became a peer mediator, helping classmates resolve conflict through structured dialogue. What stood out was not just the resolution itself, but the shift that happened when people felt heard and understood.
That experience shaped both his professional path and his approach to leadership, which remains grounded in respect, communication, and connection.
